1. What makes Paws & Perks Coffee Co. different?
Every cup of our coffee not only brings comfort to you but also hope to animals. For every purchase, we donate one dollar to local animal shelters and veterinary offices in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland & Virginia) area. When you drink our coffee, you become part of a community that values kindness and care.

2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States. International orders are also available and are subject to USPS international shipping rates.

3. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. International orders may include additional customs fees depending on the destination.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the day you place your order. International orders may take longer depending on customs and regional delivery times. We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

5. How fresh is the coffee?
We roast our coffee in small batches to ensure freshness. Each bag is carefully packed to deliver the best flavor straight to your cup.

6. Do you offer returns or refunds?
If your order arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@pawsandperkscoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to help.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped, we can make changes or cancellations. Please email us right away at contact@pawsandperkscoffee.com and include your order number.

8. How does my purchase help animals?
For every purchase, we donate one dollar to local animal shelters and veterinary offices. These contributions help cover food, medical care, and shelter needs for cats and dogs in the community.
